New initiative offers international platform to Belgian fashion talent

Belgian fashion is traditionally rooted in artistic freedom, conceptual power and bold individuality, and is more than just style — it is a cultural statement.

From Antwerp to Brussels, from Liège to Ghent, Belgium has produced designers who challenge norms, embrace experimentation and redefine elegance. It is this avant-garde spirit that the Belgium is Fashion communication platform aims to promote.

The new platform celebrates and promotes the unique identity of Belgian fashion on the international stage. The initiative aims to support Belgian fashion talents internationally and increase the visibility of Belgian designers who are already active internationally.

From now on, you can follow Belgium is Fashion on Instagram. The organisers are collaborating with branding studio Studio M and creative director Dries Vriesacker.

 

Belgium is Fashion is an initiative set up by the three Belgian fashion and design organisations: Flanders District of Creativity, MAD Brussels and Wallonie-Bruxelles Mode Design (WBDM).
